Wrinkle Treatment with Laser RF Or Ultrasound

During an initial interview in our modern beauty practice AVORYA in Zurich, our experienced dermatologist and laser expert Dr.med.univ. Kerbler (A) will find out more about your wishes and ideas. Which problem areas should be addressed? Which results are you looking for? Have you had treatments done before? After this, Dr.med.univ. Kerbler (A) will examine your skin situation and explain the possible laser treatments for your specific needs. Skin Rejuvenation using CO2 Laser

Incorporating the use of our CO2 laser, we are able to inflict micro cuts to the skin, which will stimulate the production of collagen and elastin fibers. This will renew and tighten your skin which will give it a younger and smoother look. But the CO2 laser can be used for more than only wrinkle treatments and skin tightening. With the use of heat, we can also obliterate little veins and pigment spots. Even scars can be treated by laser which will significantly improve your appearance.

The optimal duration of the CO2 laser treatment will be comprised in three sittings each being six weeks apart. A significant improvement to your skin appearance will already be noticeable after only the first session. We also offer light therapy to accelerate the healing process of the treated skin area. This treatment will commence within the first five days after the initial treatment.

Wrinkle Tightening by Radio Frequency Micro Needling

The innovative high-tech device Infini combines the use of radio frequency therapy and the effect of micro needles - this comprises the term radio frequency micro needling. By using fine gold platted needles, the device will create tiny tunnels in the skin in order to precisely emit radio frequency energy directly to the affected skin layer. These will produce tiny bruises to the skin which in turn start the skin’s regeneration process and enhance the collagen and elastin production.

Tightening Skin using Ultrasound

The Ultraskin II (HIFU) device uses highly focused ultrasound which enables us to reach the SMAS layer under the skin and fat tissue, which consists of muscle and collagen fibers.

Here the ultrasound will create heat damage, which will cause the collagen tissue to contract, leaving way for new collagen fibers. The result is a skin lift, entirely without the use of a scalpel. One session will be enough to improve your skin appearance drastically.

You will be able to notice improvements directly after the first treatment. It will then take about three months for the results of the skin tightening to unfold. We advise you to repeat the ultrasound treatment annually to ensure a permanent smoothness of the wrinkles.

Frequently Asked Questions about Anti-Aging Treatment with High-Tech Devices

If you have a cold sore (herpes labialis) or are prone to it, please inform us before the treatment. We will then advise you on the next steps.
